Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or has a print defect, email ghostbound3dprints@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll reprint or refund — your choice.

Made-to-order, custom, and personalized items

Because each piece is printed for you and often customized (color, material, personalization), we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse on these. They're still covered by the damage / defect policy above.

Stock items

For non-custom, in-stock items, you can return an unopened item in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping. Email us first to start the return.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they enter production. Once printing has started we can't cancel — but if there's a problem, contact us and we'll work something out.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Stripe / card refunds typically settle in 5–10 business days; PayPal / Cash App / Venmo are usually faster.

Lost in transit

If tracking stops updating for more than 10 business days, email us. We'll work with the carrier and either reship or refund.
